The buyer has been complaining about twice charged while buying a new Tesla. The buyers are trying to get in touch with the company and yet there is no response or way of getting their money back. Tesla has a huge fan following across the globe but situations like these have taken a toll where from YouTube to Twitter everyone is complaining about being scammed buying EVs.
Tesla sells vehicles through its website and at the time of checking out there are the number of payment option appears such as ACH transfer, financing, bitcoin, wire transfer, or more to pay for the EV. More people have been scammed by Tesla. The customers have been charged twice for their new vehicle due to some error that stated it will be resolved immediately but it lead to months.
The customer’s tried reaching the sales department, delivery department, service center to get a solution for these issues but they haven’t had any resolution. Tesla at first hasn’t entertained these issues from multiple buyers but recently they have looked into the issue it comes as a software glitch. The irony is Tesla runs on advanced tech and this kind of issue shows raises doubt and declines Tesla’s reputation.
